Imagine the agony in Jesus' heart at the first communion. He broke the bread, and said, “This is my body.” He took the cup, and said, “This is my blood,” yet the disciples had no clue as to what would happen. When this “Lamb,” a perfect human, paid the price, it was finished. Now there is no need for more blood sacrifices.
