New Tapes!

My mind reflects with awe and gratitude, as I remember the sweet silence of God’s presence during the Leadership Seminar February 9 thru 13. Six hundred fifty serious minded men gathered to seek God, examine their hearts, and break their hearts before God. They were days of heaven on earth to say the least. Several new tape sets were recorded during these sessions. Allow me to give a brief overview of each one for your information.

A Declaration of “The Faith” (Click on the tape to order or listen to the set.)

This series by Brother Denny Kenaston is a much-needed definition of the true faith in the midst of a very grey “Christianity.” Brother Denny gives us a 28-point definition filled with practical application for us American Christians. There are six tapes in this set, that move along progressively from the foundation stones of our faith, to many of the details of our faith. This series was developed with three purposes in mind.

1. To clarify “the faith” now in 2004 and challenge our present reality.
2. To give to seeking souls who are searching for truth, and for a solid church.
3. To be used by church leaders, as a tool for new members seeking orientation, and for new people who want to know for what the church stands.

Revival and Leadership (Click on the tape to listen to the set.)

This is a four-tape set by Gerhard Du Toit, from Canada. Brother Gerhard addresses the men at the Leadership Seminar in the evenings on the subject of Revival. He relates to several practical issues that hinder us and our churches from experiencing the presence of God, which is what true Revival is.

Tools for Discernment (Click on the tape to order or listen to the set.)

This series by Brother Mose Stoltzfus is an expose of many false doctrines and false practices plaguing the church today. Brother Mose admonishes us to go back to the Bible for discernment, in a day when new doctrines are on the rise. Brother Mose gives us many shocking extremes that are taking the so-called church unawares, when she should know that something is wrong. He admonishes us to check the fruit in the lives of those who preach and teach.

The Leader and His Relationships (Click on the tape to listen to the set.)

This series was given by several different speakers throughout the week. It focuses much in the area of our homes. This is where true leadership begins. We men were deeply challenged by the practical, helpful advice given by each message. Please note the titles.
